Aaron Fitzsimmons, CP, OT

Executive Director of Prosthetics

Aaron is an adjunct faculty with Belmont University Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program and Vanderbilt Engineering program. He has completed specialized training in upper-extremity limb loss, myoelectric technology, pediatric rehabilitation, vacuum assisted technology, and microprocessor prosthetics.

Aaron is a Certified Prosthetist and an Occupational Therapist. Aaron has worked in the field of Occupational Therapy as a home health therapist, staff hospital therapist, and hand therapist. He is a graduate of the University of TN, Memphis for Occupational Therapy and a graduate of the University of Connecticut as a prosthetist. He completed his residency at CFI Prosthetics under Ronney Snell, CPO, the past president of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA). Aaron served as the amputee clinic director for St. Jude Children’s Hospital after completing his residency and is the co-founder of Amuptee Blade Runners.







Daryl Farler, CPA
Certified Prosthetic Assistant

Daryl has an undergraduate degree in finance from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Prosthetic Assistant. Daryl’s interest in prosthetics started when he lost both his leg below the knee in 2006 due to an infection stemming from a dog scratch.

Daryl has become an advocate for amputees by creating Amputee Support Association, an amputee peer support group. He also runs on specialized running legs in various events to show others that amputees can still be active.
