Q: Is an office visit required to begin the patient registration process?

A: Please bring your insurance card, any medications you are currently taking - including vitamins and supplements, and any x-rays (films & reports) or test results relating to your condition.

A: Your physician will advise you if you should do anything specific to prepare for your procedure. If your surgery will require the use of general anesthesia, you must not eat or drink anything (including water) beginning at midnight the evening before your surgery.
