Patients are seen by appointment only, however, we try to allow some flexibility in our schedule to accommodate unexpected problems. If you have already had x-rays or other tests related to the problem for which you are being seen, PLEASE bring the films AND reports to your scheduled appointment. Also, bring all medications or a list of all medications that you are currently taking.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may reschedule the appointment for you. If you need immediate assistance please contact us at one of our locations. |
